1. Agreement
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy and Refund policies. REXA Forged Wheels is a brand of 山东启瀚智能科技有限公司 (Shandong Qihan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.).
2. Products & specifications
All wheels are offered "as specified" at the time of order. Colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and production. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order in the event of such error (with a refund of any amount paid).
3. Orders & custom wheels
An order for a custom / made-to-order set becomes binding once you confirm the final specification and we begin production. Custom forged wheels cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started. See the Refund & Return Policy.
4. Pricing, taxes & shipping
Prices are in US Dollars unless stated. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by your country on arrival. Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on destination zone and package weight. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Payment
Payment is processed online through PayPal. By paying you authorise the charge for your order total including shipping. Title to goods passes to you when payment is received in full.
6. Installation, fitment & use
Wheels must be professionally installed, correctly torqued and used only for normal road use in accordance with safety requirements. It is your responsibility to confirm the wheel fits your vehicle and to verify load ratings and legal requirements in your region. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, incorrect installation or improper fitment confirmation.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or lost profits.
8. Intellectual property
All content, designs, text and images on this site are the property of REXA Forged Wheels and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation, failing which it may be submitted to the competent court at our registered place of business.
